that wasn't very hard. but then again, I like crossword puzzles.

It's the type of puzzle that gets you or it doesn't. If you start of the puzzle going beny (pronouncing it benny), cenny, denny, ... then you're like to keep the pronounciation fixed in your mind and miss the solution.
If you look at the -eny suffix and don't pronounce it, then the solution is probably easy.
