As promised, photos from the Robolympics. I've posted a couple here, there are more in the extended entry.
This robot didn't do much more than wiggle on the ground:

A nice shot of the silver robot being launched into the air:

This was the only photo in which my camera was able to capture sparks. There were actually a lot of sparks, so I'm sad I don't have more good photos to show:

This fight probably would have been more exciting if the blade on the robot was actually working:

I posted this boring photo so that you, too, could experience the boredom of two wedge robots fighting.

I believe this is a photo of the robot waving to the crowd:

This photo makes the punch actually look like it would do some damage:

The red robot was the only one that had arms long enough to hit its opponent. The opponent on the right was really weird, and kinda reminds me of the sheep placebo they in MIT's robot competition. The weird wooden thing actually is able to stand up, and it lunges its nose out to hit its opponent. The red robot was able to slowly scoot it off the table, though.

The Judge vs. No Apologies. In the second photo you should be able to notice the large dent in the top of No Apologies. That was the single knockout punch.

Some photos from the pit (yes, that's a segway):

I believe this is robot sumo wrestling, but I didn't really stay and watch:
