Stop rain, stop!

It won't stop raining here. SF just eclipsed its record for most rainy days in March set in 1903 and apparently it's causing the Devil's Slide to slide (portion of the Pacific Coast Highway near Pacifica): Album: Devil's Slide on the move. It's good to know that CalTrans has sensors to detect PCH splittig in half. via

glynn:

Send some rain east. We're gonna be having the forest fires here this year.

kwc:

Hey - don't be stealing our forest fires! They keep us warm.

This rain won't help at the end of the summer. We will still have forest and grass fires, such is the way of California.

Also much of this rain won't turn into potable water since the bay area sends all runoff into the ocean or bay.
