Thanks to Patrick McNeill for helping me restore the images of the troll, and to Danny Park for having maintained a coyp of this for so long on qwerty.

This was my first 'community' Web page, where the community in this case was a group of us in the same Computer Systems lab period. It's an yet-another example of what happens when you give geeks new toys. In this case, our new toy were the Indy R5000's that our Computer Systems lab had managed to purchase for that year. All of them came with these little SGI cameras on them that we decided to put to good use, taking low quality, flourescent-light washed images that only served to demonstrate the copious amount of playtime we had. Creating this page was much more productive than the time we spent doing xhost + attacks against each other, and slightly more productive than the time I spent writing this code:

import java.awt.*;
import java.applet.*;

public class stupid extends Applet {
  public stupid() {
    int i=0;
    while (i++>=0) {
      Frame f=null;
      f=new Frame("hi");
      f.show();
    }
  }
  public void init() {
  }
  public void run() {
    int i=0;
    while (i++>=0) {
      Frame f=null;
      f=new Frame("hi");
      f.show();
    }
  }
  public static void main(String args[]) {
    stupid s=null;
    s = new stupid();
  }
}
